A MINIMUM OF THREE NIGHTS IS REQUESTED IN THE SUMMER from Musky Fest
Weekend (3rd weekend in June, usually)
to Labor Day Weekend, and on Special Event weekends. We are also
happy to rent our cabins for shorter stays, based on
availability and short notice.
PETS ARE ALLOWED IN OUR DUTCH COTTAGE AND LAKE HAYWARD CABIN I (NO
EXCEPTIONS) for a charge $10 per night / per
pet. Hayward City Ordinance requires that you pick up after your pet
and keep it on a leash at all times. PETS SHOULD NEVER BE
LEFT UNATTENDED IN YOUR CABIN! FISH CLEANING IS NOT ALLOWED ON OUR
PROPERTY!

CANCELLATION:
THE TOTAL AMOUNT IS BILLED WHEN YOU MAKE YOUR RESERVATION. THERE IS
NO REFUND IF YOU CANCEL LESS THAN
7 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL, AND NO REFUND FOR UNUSED NIGHTS. WE
CANNOT GUARANTEE E-MAIL OR LETTER
CANCELLATION. ALL
CANCELLATIONS WILL BE BILLED A $ 20.00 SERVICE
FEE. PLEASE CONTACT US FOR SPECIAL EVENTS
POLICY. SECURITY DEPOSIT:
When you check in, we request a $ 100 security
deposit. Upon check-out and return of the cabin keys,
this amount
will be refunded.
Cancellation Policy:
We can no longer accept pets on Special Event Weekends. Please
contact the office if you have any questions.
TOWELS are not provided in our cabins. Please make sure to bring
your own. Rental towels are available at the office, $2.50 for one
set
of towels. Trash and Towel service after three nights or if
requested otherwise. ALL CABINS ARE NON SMOKING BY STATE LAW. NO
FLAMMABLE LIQUIDS CAN BE STORED IN OR NEAR YOUR CABIN (FIRE
REGULATION).
CHECK-IN: 4.00 PM TO 10 PM AT THE RIVERSIDE MOTEL, 10429N STATE ROAD
27, HAYWARD. ARRIVALS AFTER OFFICE HOURS
HAVE TO NOTIFY THE OFFICE BY 10 PM DAY OF ARRIVAL. CHECK-OUT: 10 AM.
